Our optometrist, Dr. Norman Rose, is trained in the most up to date advancements in eye care, committed to providing the highest quality treatment for each patient. At Escondido Premier Eyecare, we want to be your partners in eye care and therefore strive to make each visit comfortable, effective and informative. We take the time to learn about your eye health history and listen to your concerns in order to provide you with the most thorough and holistic treatment plan possible. Dr. Norman RoseDr Norman Rose received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the State University of New York at Brockport. He earned his doctorate at the New England College of Optometry in Boston, Massachusetts in 1982. While attending the New England College of Optometry, Dr. Rose was an Assistant Clinical teacher in Ophthamology. He also did an externship in Vision Therapy. Before moving to Escondido, Dr. Rose was part of the medical staff at the Medical Group of Genesee Valley Group Health in Rochester, New York. He started Escondido Premier Eyecare Optometric Center in 1988. Dr. Rose is affiliated with Palomar Medical Center and sees stroke and traumatic brain injured patients in the hospital.
